Do you like comic books?

Some people say what you remind us of happy memories. I have obvious thing that comic book. When I was child, my mother worked comic store. A lot of visitors came there and saw comic books. I help my mom during my free time. I saw a lot of comic book in mom comic store when I saw comic books, I enjoyed time. When I feel sad, I forget stress and remind my childhood. Some people do not understand my situation because they think comic books were seen by children. I think it is no true. For example, Hollywood movies companies make action movies, which use stories from comic books and adults like these movies, so it is not just for children. I thinks it seems my old pictures.

I want alone time.....

I try to meet many friends when I have free time. I want alone time when I miss Korea friends. I hear friends about their jobs and wedding. Sometime, I disappoint my situation and spending time in Carbondale. During to stay alone, I write my diary or see my old pictures. It makes to feel comfortable to me. I think why I came to Carbondale. It changes a positive mind. If you want alone, you follow my way. It  makes to feel better to you.

As saram aleikum

“As saram aleikum,” the Egypt language, means, “I pray you have a peace." When I visited to Egypt, I ran fist language. I almost have done my dream. It is to travel the “Seven Wonders of the World”. I had seen Great Pyramid, Lighthouse of Alexandia, Statue of Zeus at Olympia, Colossus of Rhodes, and Temple of Artemis at Ephesus. I will visit to Babylonians after finding job. When I prepare my dream, I used to have to fears about my friends. They didn’t like my dream. They said, “You are crazy and change mind” because I didn’t speak English very well. I planed trip and made money. Finally, I was almost successful to my goal. If I will finish my dream, I will visit trip of world. Maybe, I will meet Anna.

Chuseok

In Korea, we don’t have similar to Halloween but we have a holiday that concerns the dead. The name of this holiday is Chuseok. This holiday is the harvest festival and thanks ancestor. In Chuseok, family meets the house of first brother and prepares to cook Korean foods such as rice cake, sweet rice drink and three color herbs. They gravity perform a religious service and eat together. Korea people believe their ancestors protect them. Addition, family play harvest dance and tradition game such as Yutnori that seems Monopoly of board game. It is importance to Korean people because it makes more relationship. Due to the fact that Chuseok has three holiday , I think Chuseok better than Halloween

Man from Mars, Wimen from Venus.

When I read “Men from Mars, Woman from Venus,” I was impressed. I agree with why a couple had troubles in this book. It is difficult to me that I keep the love’s relation for girlfriend. First, I spend a lot of money for girlfriend. She likes to go to good place such as restaurants, departments and parks, and theater. I like to enjoy with her. Sometime, I didn’t meet her on purpose when I didn’t have money. Second, between girlfriend and I differ to thinking. For example, when she wanted my advice, I told advice to her. Suddenly, she was angry and came back a home. I had great difficulty in persuading her in 2 weeks. Third, girlfriend always doubts me, when I met someone. I understand her situations on first time, because she loves me. She daily has jealous from me with my friends. For example, if I met my friends, I told girlfriend about who I met and what I met friends. Addition, when I met them, she called me every one hour. Girlfriend and I argued from it. I don’t know how I kept good relationship in the love. If someone knows the love, he or she might be a swindler because the love is never solution to me.

I love a movie and a drama

When I have free time, I see a movie and watch a drama. Sometimes, I want to read books, but it is difficult to me that I make free time during the this term. I deeply thought how to do efficiency methods in my free time. I find good ways from the movie and the drama. I think that they seem the books because I lean same information to the drama and the movie. For example, Notebook, which love a movie, it also makes  a book. I understand easier the movie than the book. Also, they help me to grow English and relieve stress. For example, I like the action drama and movie. When I watched Herose of American drama, I felt excited because It was the action movie and good story. Addition, I learned actors’ speech and actors’ expression. I never give up my hobby because it gives me to good effects.

Can Graffiti be art?

If someone draws graffiti on your house wall, what do you feel? Some people regard graffiti as art but most people do not regard it as art or have a high regard of it. Graffiti can not be art. There are three reasons. First, illegal vandalism usually leads to other lawbreaking illegal. Second, graffiti gives people bad influence. Third, graffiti is a different way of art.

First, vandalism usually leads to other lawbreaking. Even though owners do not allow graffiti, people draw graffiti on public walls. Owners spend money to clean graffiti. Also, graffiti can lead to an increase of a crime rate. In research, Mexico gangs have used graffiti to mark their zone and make symbols. In addition, they hire young boys who draw graffiti very well. They tempt young boys with a lot of money, so some young boys work to get together gangs.

Second, graffiti gives people bad influence. The government spends a lot of money for cleaning graffiti. For example, according to San Diego city spends 1 million each year on graffiti. It is difficult for the city to control graffiti. Also, some vandals draw bad images. If children and young boys see bad images, their parents will be disappointed.

Finally, there are better kinds of art than graffiti. A cycle of art is short. Vandals find places in old walls. They have finished works and take pictures for the souvenirs. They should find another way such as drawing on canvases. Amateur vandals usually draw bad symbols. People are disgusted with graffiti.

These days, vandals are arrested by police because they break rules. They are worried about illegality, bad influences, or different kinds of art. It is a kind of crime! Therefore, graffiti can not be art.
